By choosing to place your child in our care, we ask you to put your faith and trust in us to fulfil the promises made in our prospectus and to take good care of your child.  This we will endeavour to do to the highest standards possible.

We will:

Care for all children as if they were our own, giving love, showing affection and comforting when unhappy or unwell.

Endeavour to keep them safe at all times from harm both within the nursery and on excursions, whether a walk to the library or a visit further a field.

Teach them to be aware of their own safety and that of others around them.

Help them to achieve high standards of personal hygiene.

Provide a healthy and nutritional diet throughout the day, catering wherever possible for special diets and with international dishes included in the menu.

Endeavour, in partnership with parents, to teach right from wrong, kindness and understanding towards others, respect for their friends and for those in authority, and the ability to share and work with others.

Give them the opportunity to play in a safe, secure and stimulating environment with a wide range of toys and activities appropriate to their age and ability.

Provide learning activities that work towards the ‘Desirable Outcomes for Children’s Learning’ as recommended by the SCAA.

Regard you, the parents as partners, not customers. We will value any contribution you wish to make, welcome your comments, listen to your opinions and give support whenever you need it.

Should you have any concerns about the care that we offer, please address them to the nursery manager or assistant manager. If they, or the proprietor, are unable to resolve your concerns, please contact the Regulatory Body for advice or mediation. The telephone number and address of the regulatory body is available upon request.
