Minimum attendance (as available): 2 full days or 4 half days (morning or afternoon, not a combination) Priority may be given to parents who need Full-Time (5 days/5 half days per week) attendance. Nursery fees are reviewed in July/August of each year and changes are normally implemented from 1st September.

Term Time only for Education Workers

Education workers (teachers, lecturers and others working in Education) may be offered Term Time only places. This is limited to 5 full-time equivalent places only and is on a first-come first-served basis but is not available in our Baby Unit. Please ask for our separate Terms and Conditions document.

Extra Hours

Occasional extra hours can be booked by arrangement and are charged by the hour. Please refer to our current fee table for charges.

Between 8.00am – 6.00pm (not usually available before 1.00pm).

Before 8.00am/after 6.00pm

Late collection charges:

In accordance with our Green Transport Policy; for those using Public Transport, walking, cycling or sharing cars the first 15 minutes will not be charged for.

For all others plus any of the above being more than 15 minutes late, we may make an extra charge. These charges are payable on the child’s next attendance day.

Fees are payable calendar monthly and are due, in advance, on the first day of the month of attendance.  Late payment of monthly fees may incur a service charge of 3% to cover any extra staff time caused.

A £75.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of an offered place.

An additional deposit of £150.00 is required which will be refunded when your child leaves the Nursery, provided that there are no outstanding fees or other costs/payments due to us and a minimum of one calendar months notice has been given.

All fees are payable for 52 weeks of the year including Bank Holidays.  No reductions can be made in respect of family holidays, Bank Holidays, sickness or any other absences.

All eligible three and four year olds will automatically receive funding for part payment of fees and Company Childcare Voucher schemes are accepted.

Discounts may be available for a second child who is attending the Nursery at the same time as their sibling. Please see our prospectus for details.
